It is 100% Mexican brand, born in Chiapas, created with the purpose of revealing one small part of the great cultural wealth that we find in our roots. Dondante is a pox, an ancient drink.
The brand is inspired in Camazotz: the God Bat. Based on the scripture that is considered the Mayan Book of the creation, the Popolvhu, Camazotz was the angel that descended from the heaven with to decapitate the first humans made of wood and the second creation of the Gods Kukulk´an and Tepeu, as they were considered imperfect, without any feelings.
The customers wanted to give the impression of being a mystical and sober brand through black colors and proud premium look.
I participated in the creation of the typography of the logo by designing letter with spikes. I also conceptualized the bottle label and the printing to give it a shiny, bronze look.
After the bottle, we continued with the development of the presentation and social media campaigns, for which I coordinated the photo shooting to ensure they reflected the spirit and style of the brand. Nowadays. I am working on wordpress, the website.
